Our Classes
At The Pilates Studio, our classes are designed to meet you where you are — whether you’re brand new, building consistency, or ready for a new challenge. We offer both mat and reformer Pilates classes rooted in intentional movement, strength, control, and body awareness.
Our inclusive class passes allow you to attend both mat and reformer classes, giving you the flexibility to build a routine that supports your goals, schedule, and movement needs.
Mat Classes
Our mat classes blend classical Pilates foundations with contemporary strength-based movement to build core strength, stability, mobility, and confidence. Classes may include props, heat, or specialty formats while staying rooted in purposeful movement.
Mat classes are a powerful way to build strength using your own bodyweight, supportive props, and intentional class structure.
