Follow the Routine, Move with Intention

The Pilates Studio

is an inclusive space rooted in intentional movement, where classical Pilates principles meet a modern, approachable practice. We believe Pilates is for every body, and our classes are designed to help you feel strong, supported, and connected through movement. Whether you’re brand new or continuing your practice, you’ll find a space that challenges you while meeting you where you are.

Attend a Class

Our classes are designed to meet you where you are . Whether you’re building a foundation, deepening your practice, or looking for a new challenge. With inclusive class passes, you have the flexibility to attend both mat and reformer classes and create a movement routine that works for you.

  • Our reformer classes are designed to help you build strength, confidence, and control using spring resistance and guided movement. Whether you’re new to the reformer or continuing your practice, each class is structured to support proper form, body awareness, and intentional movement.

  • Our mat classes are rooted in the foundations of Pilates while incorporating modern, strength-focused movement. Each class is designed to build core strength, improve body awareness, and create a deeper connection to how you move.

  • Hot Mat combines the foundations of Pilates with the intensity of a heated room to create a powerful, full-body movement experience. Designed to build strength, endurance, stability, and control, this class challenges you while keeping movement intentional and purposeful.

NEW HERE?

New to Pilates? New to the reformer? Coming back after time away?

You’re in the right place.

At The Pilates Studio, our classes are designed to meet you where you are. You don’t need previous Pilates experience, perfect coordination, or a certain fitness level to begin. Our instructors are here to guide you through the movement, demonstrate exercises, offer clear instruction, and help you feel confident from your first class.

We believe movement should feel intentional, supportive, and empowering — not intimidating.

What you can expect:

  • Clear instruction so you know what you’re doing and why

  • Demonstrations to help you understand each movement before you begin

  • Form-focused guidance to support alignment, control, and safety

  • Modifications and progressions so you can move at the level that feels right for you

  • Supportive instructors who help you feel comfortable, capable, and confident

  • Intentional class structure designed to build strength, stability, and body awareness

Whether you’re stepping onto the mat or trying the reformer for the first time, we’ll walk you through the process and help you build confidence one class at a time.
