Cancellation Policy

At The Pilates Studio, we do our best to create a smooth booking experience for every client. Because class sizes are limited and many classes have waitlists, we ask that all clients respect the cancellation policy below.

Class Cancellations

All class cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class start time.

If you cancel at least 12 hours before class, your class credit will be returned to your account for future use, subject to the original expiration date of the pass or membership.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled class start time are considered late cancellations.

Late cancellations will result in the loss of the class credit.

For members with recurring memberships, a late cancellation may count as one of your monthly class credits.

No-Shows

If you reserve a spot and do not attend class without canceling, it will be considered a no-show.

No-shows will result in the loss of the class credit.

Waitlist Policy

If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you may be added to the class based on the booking system’s waitlist process.

Please make sure your notifications are turned on and that you are able to attend before joining a waitlist.

If you are added to class from the waitlist, the same cancellation policy applies.

Arriving Late

Studio doors may lock at class start time for the safety and flow of class.

Late arrivals may not be permitted to enter once class has started, and the class credit may be forfeited.

Class Pack & Membership Credits

Class credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used within the stated expiration period.

Unused credits, late cancellations, and no-shows are not eligible for refund, extension, or transfer.

Emergency Situations

We understand that unexpected situations happen. Exceptions to this policy may be made at the sole discretion of The Pilates Studio.

Agreement

By booking or purchasing a class, class pack, membership, event, workshop, or service at The Pilates Studio, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.
